The Government today rejected fresh LTTE calls for an immediate ceasefire, adding that the Tigers must surrender, Minister Keheliya Rambukwella said today.
The government statement comes after LTTE said that they were ready to comply with international calls for a ceasefire but would not lay down their arms, to the UN and the Co-chairs.
